Lowell W. Bailey, 75, of Poland, passed away, Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Greencastle. Lowell was born March 29, 1943 in rural Boone County to the late Clarence and Ruby (Woodard) Bailey and was a 1961 graduate of Pittsboro High School. He worked for as an inspector at General Motors Allison in Indianapolis, retiring after 31.5 years...
