Charles Robert Kerr Jr., 94, of Greencastle, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Mill Pond Health Campus. Charles was born Jan. 23, 1924 in Attica the son of Charles Robert and Beryl E. (Smith) Kerr. He was a graduate of Attica High School. He was a supervisor with Allison Transmission for more than 35 years, retiring July 30, 1980...
