With Putnam Circuit Court Judge Matthew Headley administering the oath of office Thursday afternoon, Sheriff Scott Stockton begins his second term in office, which will officially commence on Tuesday, Jan. 1. In the meantime, Stockton will be swearing in all deputies, reserve deputies and special deputies on Monday.
