A garage on the city’s East Side is a complete loss after it was engulfed by a fire early Wednesday morning. The Greencastle Fire Department was dispatched to 1019 Avenue F at 1:29 a.m. for a reported structure fire. Crews arrived on the scene shortly thereafter to find a working garage fire. With temperatures around zero degrees Fahrenheit and dropping, GFD crews, as well as those from the Cloverdale, Madison Township and Fillmore fire departments, all responded to extinguish the fire. The blaze was logged as being under control at 2:49 a.m...
