Norma Jean Myers, 69, of Greencastle, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019. She was born March 2,1950 to the late Buryl and Wilma (O'Connor) Guy. Norma married Harold Myers on Feb. 14, 2006, and he preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Catherine (Kevin) Richards, Anne New and James (Darcy) Coons; brother Myron Guy; sisters Sharon Carney, Pam (Randy) Sweet, Myrna (Jim) Grayson and Marsha Baker; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren...

Greencastle won a triangular boys’ golf match over Crawfordsville and North Putnam on Wednesday. The Cubs shot a 173, while Crawfordsville shot 207 and North Putnam 229. Greencastle’s Jaxon Parmley and Conner Taylor each shot a 39 to tie for medalist honors...

Greencastle High School’s baseball team will be having youth nights next Tuesday and Thursday. The Cubs will host North Putnam at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and Dugger Union at 5 p.m. on Thursday.
