ROACHDALE -- The Roachdale-Franklin Township Library has reopened with some limitations. The library has moved to Phase 4, which includes reopening with some limitations, while also continuing curbside services for library materials. New summer hours, which began June 15, are designed to accommodate extra cleaning after closing.
