The IHSAA released the girls' basketball sectional draws Sunday night with Greencastle heading to Tri-West while Cloverdale and North Putnam play at South Putnam. Rex R. Winings, 74, of Cloverdale, passed away Jan. 22, 2021. He was born May 12, 1946 in Indianapolis to the late Sterling and Marian (Dunn) Winings. He married Ruth (Black) Winings on June 25, 1965 and she survives. He was a self-made mechanic and over his years he worked for Kenworth, Cambell’s 66 Express, Indy West 76 Truck Plaza, McCullough’s Garage and was the co-owner of Island Sun Tan Center.
