Vaccine available to those 60 and above (Local News ~ 02/23/21)
The Putnam County Health Department has announced that eligibility to receive the COVID-19 vaccine has opened to those aged 60 and above beginning Tuesday. Health care workers and first responders remain eligible. Charles ‘Steve’ Holsapple (Obituary ~ 02/23/21)
Charles “Steve” Holsapple, 73, of Cloverdale, passed away on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021. He was born Oct. 18, 1947 in Greencastle to the late Robert and Louise (Bender) Holsapple. He married Kelly (Chambers) Holsapple on Nov. 9, 2002 and she survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Stephanie Price and husband Larry of Carmel, Mandy Jones and husband Rob of Mooresville and Michael Holsapple of Cloverdale; and also two grandchildren, Alexis Price and Justin Jones... -

Doris May (Howard) McCormick, 82, of Plainfield, passed away Monday, Feb. 22, 2021. She was born on Aug. 19, 1938 in Carlisle to the late Herbert and Laveta Page Howard. Doris married Marlin R. McCormick on Sept. 13, 1956 in Carlisle. She worked as a secretary/transcriptionist in the medical field most of her career. Doris was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Princeton. She loved her family and enjoyed cooking for them, knitting, sewing and crocheting...
