New Greencastle Police Officer Seth Doty is sworn in as the newest member of GPD Monday morning by Mayor Bill Dory. Officer Doty is a 2005 graduate of North Putnam High School and a graduate of Vincennes University with an associates degree in law enforcement conservation. The 34-year-old previously worked at Walmart as an asset prevention supervisor.
