The Greencastle Tigers Cubs girls’ basketball team led for the first three quarters Friday night, but couldn’t hang on as the visiting West Vigo Vikings came away with a 30-27 WIC victory at the McAnally Center. The Greencastle boys’ basketball team rallied from a 14-point deficit, only to fall just short as the West Vigo Vikings held on for a 44-40 Western Indiana Conference win Friday night at McAnally Center.
