ROACHDALE - The North Putnam Cougars boys’ basketball team came out firing on all cylinders, scoring 27 points in the first quarter, to upend the Owen Valley Patriots on senior night 67-51. The Cougars were fired up after senior night activities, jumping out to a quick 9-0 advantage. They would slowly build on that as Aaron Pickel was having his way with the Patriot defense, scoring 13 of those points himself...

CLOVERDALE – The old familiar feelings were coming back in the third quarter for Cloverdale Friday night against Northview. A 10-point lead at halftime melted down to nothing, much like leads against Owen Valley and North Putnam had dissipated in the second half the previous week...
