Henry H. Heacox

Henry H. Heacox, 96, Clayton, died Saturday.

Born in Christopher, Ill., he was the son of Roy and Daisy Mae (Charles) Heacox.

He was a maintenance worker for American Paper Stock Company for 29 years, retiring in 1976.

He was a member of the K of P, and had been a member of the Clayton Masonic Lodge and Order of Eastern Star, serving as Worthy Patron.

He was also a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dolores O. (Tanner) Heacox.

Graveside services will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Clayton Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.
