Rev. Donald H. Lincicome, 73, Bloomington, died at Bloomington

Hospital Monday evening.

Born in Monroe County, he was the son of Leonard and Dorothy (Scott) Lincicome.

He retired in 1981 from Detroit Diesel Allison Division of General Motors in Indianapolis after 30 years of service. He was a member of the New Unionville Baptist Church.

Over the years, Rev. Lincicome pastored and served as interim pastor to several churches in Monroe, Owen, Greene and Putnam Counties. He was currently serving as

assistant pastor at the Dolan New Prospect Baptist Church.

He and his wife presented their music ministry at many area churches performing as soloist, with quartets and choirs. They also performed with the Happy Valley/Jack Noel Show on radio, television, and at many county fairs in Indiana and Illinois.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn Jean (Polley) Lincicome; a daughter,

Vicki Jean Hale St. Clair, Worthington; a son, David D. Lincicome, Merrillville; two sisters, Rosemary Skirvin and husband Harvey, Unionville, and Norma McClary and husband Don, Unionville; a brother, Eugene Lincicome and wife Beatrice, Bloomington; one grandson, seven great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son Daniel Lee Lincicome.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Day Funeral Home, Blooomington, with

Rev. Shannon Benham officiating, assisted by, Rev. Jim Moore and

Rev. Roger Helton.Burial will be at Mt. Gilead Cemetery.

Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. until service time Friday.
