Road closing

Albin Pond Road will be closed to traffic from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday, July 5, according to the Greencastle Department of Public Works.

The road will be done while core driling for the dam is conducted. The road could open as early as 4 p.m. if the work is completed early.

Local motorists are asked to use alternate routes to avoid Albin Pond Road.

Boil order lifted

Customers of the Reelsville Water Company on County Roads 300 South and 725 South have been notified that boil order issued late last week has been lifted.

Don Bain of the water company said that test results showed the water is safe for use in cooking and drinking.

GHS Class of

97 plans its 10-year reunion

Classmates from the Greencastle High School Class of 1997 are preparing for their 10-year reunion the weekend of Sept. 29.
