Marie L. Albright, 95, formerly of Reelsville and Harmony, died Saturday at Hickory Creek at Sunset, Greencastle.

Born in Poland, she was the daughter of William and Malinda (Schultz) Tapy.

She married Wilford "Boots" Albright on July 27, 1940.

She had been a post mistress of the Harmony Post Office, then later was employed at the Putnam County Library for 10 years.

She also volunteered for the Senior Citizens Center and Heritage House in Putnam County.

She was a member of the Reelsville United Methodist Church and the American Association of Retired Persons.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, Mae Green, and Martha Dreher; and four brothers, Ora, Arthur, Lester, and Willard Tapy.

Survivors include a daughter, Patricia and husband, Larry Miller, Griffith; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lawson-Miller Chapel, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil, with Rev. Phillip Badger officiating.

Interment will be at the Boone-Hutcheson Cemetery.

Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Friday.
