Kathryn M. Bullerdick

Kathryn M. Bullerdick, 90, Brazil, died at her residence Wednesday.

Born in Cloverdale, she was the daughter of Riley and Julia (Mathis) Allen.

She attended school in Reelsville, and resided in the Poland area with her husband until 1972 when they moved to Brazil. She was a member of Poland Zion United Church of Christ. She had been employed at the Poland post office, the Poland bank from 1952-73, and First Bank and Trust in Clay County. She retired from banking in 1982. She was a charter member of the building trades program of Clay Community Schools, and was trustee of the Poland Chapel Cemetery for more than 40 years.

She married F. Clyde Bullerdick on Aug. 20, 1932. He died in December 1993.

Surviving are a daughter, Joyce and Sam Emmert; two grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son Richard Lee Bullerdick, brothers William and Lawrence Allen, and sister Agnes Spears.

Services are set for 1 a.m. Saturday at French Funeral Home with Rev. Jennifer Dressler officiating. Burial will be in Poland Chapel Cemetery.

Visiation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, and prior to services Saturday.
