Wanda Faye Receveur, 87, Indianapolis, formerly of Cloverdale, died Monday at Eagle Valley Healthcare Center.

Born in Marion County, she was the daughter of Clarence "Buck" William and Susie (Workman) Harrison.

A homemaker, she was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church, Speedway, a pink lady at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, and a volunteer at Harrison Assisted Living Center, Indianapolis.

She married Joseph S. Receveur on July 1, 1939. He died June 5, 1986.

Surviving are a daughter, Mary Lucille Receveur, Titusville, Fla.; four sons, Joseph W. Receveur and wife Karen, and Raymond David Receveur, all of Indianapolis, Jerry Receveur and wife Linda, Muncie, and Michael Receveur and wife Jo Ella, Punta Gorda, Fla.; six sisters, Vera Mann, Mary Palmer and husband Dick, Edna Wycoff, and Sylvia Goodall, all of Indianapolis, Norma Manual, Waverly, and Dorothy Medford, Tennessee; a brother, Bill Harrison, Indianapolis; 19 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister Betty Casady.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with Father Stephen Jarrell officiating. Burial will be in Cloverdale Cemetery.

Visitation is noon-2 p.m. Friday.
