CLAYTON -- The DePauw University golf team hosted the Small College Classic at Deer Creek Golf Club, with final round play wrapping up Monday.

Franklin College won the tournament with a final-round and a team score of 597. Transylvania placed second with a 606, while DePauw finished third with a 613.

Franklin's Tim Fish was the match medalist with a score of 145. DePauw's Jay Burkhard and Jordan Voss each turned in scores of 151, tying for seventh overall. Josh Abrams tied for 11th at 153, while Rob Harper tied for 19th with a score of 159. Joey Piatek tied for 31st at 165.

Competing in the individual competition, Brian Gooch finished fifth at 149, followed by Brad Smith at 10th at 152. Jon Clevenger tied for 11th with a score of 153, while Matt Calby tied for 15th at 156. Danny Stetson tied for 31st with a 165.
