MIAMI -- Cloverdale High School graduate Chad Collins finished tied for seventh place at the end of the Nationwide tour's Muccosukee Championship Sunday.

Collins, who was tied for third at the end of play Friday, shot a three-over round of 74 Sunday to slip to seventh with a four-day total score of 274.

His five-under score of 66 propelled him to the top of the leaderboard at the end of Saturday's third round.

Collins won three NCAA Division III individual championships at Methodist College but wasn't able to seal the deal Sunday.

The CHS graduate was four-over through 10 holes.

A win for Collins, who currently sits in 26th place among the tour's top money-winners at $177,561, would have given him over $250,000, securing him a spot on the 2007 PGA Tour.

The top-20 money winners following the Nationwide Tour Championship will earn playing privileges on the PGA Tour.

Bruce Molder emerged as the tournament's winner, posting a 14-under score of 270.
