Fred Rady

Fred Rady, 83, Danville, died Sunday at Danville.
Born in Roachdale, he was the son of Carl and Lelia Wilson Rady.
He had worked more than 30 years for Grady Brothers Paving Co., retiring in 1995. He was a member of Teamsters Union 135, Senior Citizens Center, Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Danville, Roachdale VFW and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He married Betty Williams on Aug. 13, 1946 in Danville. She survives.
Also surviving are a son, Pat Rady, Danville; two daughters, Julia Miller, Indianapolis, and Janette Rady Milhon, Danville; a sister, Ethel Rainey, Shelbyville; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by sons Ted and Danny Rady, daughter Jane Rady, four brothers and a sister.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Baker Funeral Home, Danville, with Father Bernie Cox officiating.
Burial will be in Danville East Cemetery.
Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday.
