Michael Diaz Evans

Michael Diaz Evans, 32, Bainbridge, died Monday.

Born in Olongapo City, The Philippines, he was the son of Karl A. and Ludy S. (Diaz) Evans.

Surviving are his wife, Amber R. Evans; sons Dakota and Wade Evans; daughter Porchea Evans; mother Ludy S. Strong; father Karl A. Evans; paternal grandmother Patricia Evans; brother Joseph Evans and wife Angela; two nieces and aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Carlos and Gloria Diaz, paternal grandfather Herman Evans, and a cousin.

Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Brick Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
