What do you like best about Greencastle?

The comments and cooperation of local residents on what is important about Greencastle is being sought for a documentary by WTIU at Indiana University.

An open community meeting is set for 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11 in the Kiwanis Room at Putnam County Public Library. Anyone interested in discussing or participating in the project is welcome to attend.

Participants will be asked what they would like to share with the WTIU viewing community. Topics can include people, places, events and other influences that affect the city.

The documentary is the fourth program in WTIU's "Our Town" series. Previous cities featured have been Spencer, Bedford and Seymour. The Greencastle documentary will air later in 2007.
