Sharon L. "Bird" Birtchman

July 7, 1954-March 13, 2007

Sharon L. "Bird" Birtchman, 53, Fillmore, died Tuesday.

She was the daughter of William and Elsie M. (White) Johnson.

She was an administrative assistant for The Villages prior to her illness. She was a member of Whitestone Christian Church.

Surviving are her husband Dan Birtchman; daughter Jennifer Strobel; stepchildren, Bridgette Hail and Jennifer Birtchman; three brothers, Larry, Bob and Jimmy Johnson; sister Patty Ryan; six grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Decatur, Indianapolis, with burial in Floral Park Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-9 p.m. Friday.
