Barbara Joan Jenkins

June 3, 1937-April 22, 2007

Barbara Joan "Bobbie Jo" Davis Cagle Jenkins, 69, Brazil, died Sunday in Cloverleaf Healthcare.

Born in Parke County, she was the daughter of Harold and Emma Marie Powell Davis.

She graduated in 1955 from Reelsville High School and later worked as a waitress at I-70 and the Double N Diner.

Survivors include two sons, Mike Cagle, Brazil, and Mark Thomas, Brazil; a daughter, Anita Cook, Brazil; four sisters, Virginia Richey, Iowa, Jean Patterson, Missouri, Ann Cox, Brazil, and Dorothy McCarthy, Brazil; three grandchildren and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Mollie Marie Dickison, a son, Tommy Joe Cagle, three brothers, Rod, Bo, and Johnny Davis and a sister Hazel Head.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at French Funeral Home, Brazil. Burial will be in Calcutta Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
