Lloyd Nichols, 61, Greencastle, died Friday.
Born in Bloomington, he was the son of George and Anna Lea (McKinney) Nichols Jr.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Surviving are a son , Joe Nichols, Monroe County; siblings Donald Nichols, Floyd Nichols and Georgia McAllister; and a grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services with military honors will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Hill Cemetery.
