Wal-Mart Transportation in Greencastle recently donated $1,000 for Clody's One-Eyed Golf Scramble to take place this Saturday at Old Hickory Golf Course. The first flight begins at 7:30 a.m., to be followed by the second at 1 p.m. On hand for a check presentation on Wednesday were (front, from left) Clody's committee member Ray Black, Wal-Mart Transportation general manager assistant Lauri Garl, golf scramble founder Terry "Clody" Clodfelter, service clerk Tama Alspaugh, committee member Tony Sparks, (back, from left) area manager Scot Olsen, human resources representative Kelly Nees-Perkins and shop supervisor Kevin Pulliam. Proceeds from the scramble go to support the pediatric eye clinic at Riley Hospital for Children.
