GHS drops contest with Crawfordsville

The Greencastle girls' swim team fell to Crawfordsville, 113-73 on Thursday night.

Tiger Shark swimmer Sarah Land posted Greencastle's only first place finish on the night by winning the diving event with a total of 155.65.

Greencastle swimmers Melissa Ball, Erica Soster, Morgan Terry and Emma Hazel all finished the night with second-place finishes.

The 200-yard relay team of Melanie Bittles, Sydney Terry, Morgan Terry and Ball finished in second place, as did the 400-yard freestyle relay team of Morgan Terry, Sarah Land, Natasha Aring and Soster.

Greencastle will host South Putnam at 6p.m. Tuesday.
