Pruitt, Mourouzis Help USA to Aztec Bowl Win

Chihuahua, Mexico -- Senior cornerback Jevon Pruitt helped the United States to a 37-19 win over Mexico in the annual Aztec Bowl. Joining Pruitt on the USA squad was former DePauw head coach Nick Mourouzis, who served as an assistant for the third straight year.
Pruitt intercepted one pass, broke up another and totaled three tackles including two solos in the victory. He also reutrned three punts for 28 yards including a 17-yarder. His fourth quarter interception set up a USA touchdown.
Pruitt was the fifth DePauw player to earn an invitation to the Aztec Bowl as he joins Tyler Kelley (1999), JaMarcus Shephard (2004), Chase Jonason (2005) and Dustin Hertel (2006).
