Edward Raymer

Edward Raymer, 65, Quincy, died Wednesday at his sister's home in Morgantown.

Born in Nashville, Tenn., he was the son of Ernest Mac and Fannie Mae (Gourley) Raymer.

He was a graduate of Warren Central High School and attended Indiana University. He was a retired UAW Committeemen at Chrysler Corp. in Kokomo.

He was a member of the Millgrove United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Brian Raymer, Carmel, and Derrick Raymer, West Lafayette; two brothers, James Raymer, McCordsville, and Robert Raymer, Greenfield; three sisters, Betty Sue White, Morgantown, Joan Elizabeth Kelley, Murphysboro, Ky., and Patsy Ann Linville, Freetown; and one grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Margaret (Ricks) Raymer.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Millgrove United Methodist Church with Rev. Louis Crouch officiating. Burial will follow at Hudson Hill Cemetery in Owen County.

Visitation is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home, Spencer, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.
