NPMS wrestlers compete at CMS

The North Putnam wrestling team took part in the Cloverdale Invitational on Saturday.

The Cougars had three wrestlers finish the day with first place finishes by going 3-0 on the day.

Caleb Winings won the 70-weight class, while Brayden Montgomery was first at 90 and Stacy Hensley took top honors at 135.

Also placing for North Putnam were Cody Oliver and Eric Davis who finished with third place finishes at 145 and 180 respectively. Gaining fourth place finishes were Cole Fehr at 100, Ben Wiatt at 140, Nathaniel Crosby at 220 and Jacob Robertson at heavyweight.

In the B-division, Larry Sexton at 100 and Jake Truax at 110 finished the day in first place. Morgan Hensley was second in the 110 class as was Tommy Saddarth at 135 and Derek Eisman.
