Doors to Clinton speech open at 1 p.m.

Greencastle Mayor Sue Murray told the BannerGraphic Thursday, regarding today's visit of Former President Bill Clinton, that the doors at South Putnam Central Elementary's gymnasium will open at 1 p.m.
She said she was told by Secret Service officials that Clinton may not arrive until 2 p.m. to speak. She said there is seating for 700 people and possibly some standing room as well.
The Hillary Clinton for President Campaign sent out an e-mail to members of the media on Wednesday announcing Clinton's visit. South Putnam El-ementary is located at the intersection of U.S. 231 and U.S. 40 south of Greencastle. Barack Obama is in Terre Haute today.
