Richard D. Dugan, 38, of Britton, Mich. died Thursday, June 19, 2008.
Mr. Dugan was born Oct. 16, 1969 in Danville to Richard L. and Jeanne (Sydow) Dugan. He married Lori Cooper in Augusta, Mich. on April 24, 1999. She survives.
He was a graduate of Purdue University and was employed by the University of Michigan as a health physicist. He loved boating, water and nature.
Also surviving are three daughters, Arianna, Maya and Ashleigh, all of Britton; his mother, Jeanne Dugan of Stilesville; a brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Teresa Dugan of Greencastle; a sister and brother-in-law, Carrie and Alonzo Nichols of Greencastle; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Tecumseh, Mich., with the Rev. Francis Mossholder officiating.
Calling will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, followed by a vigil service at 7:30 p.m. officiated by the Rev. Jim Nicholson. There will also be calling one hour prior to services on Thursday.
Burial will be in Yorkville Cemetery, Augusta.
