WCSL Champions

The Greencastle 18 and under fastpitch softball team, sponsored by The Waters of Greencastle, recently became the West Central Softball League Tournament and League Champions with a perfect 16-0 record for the season. The Greencastle team has won both the league and tourney championships the past three years with a combined record of 49-1. This year's team finished with a .425 batting average, an ERA of 1.12 and a fielding percentage of .972. Members of the Greencastle team are (front, from left) Allysia Lollar, Megan Barnes, Jessica Thompson, Katelyn Sibbitt, Emily Baker, Krystal Welch (middle) Becca Seahorn, Carlye McGaughey, Samantha Stanifer, Kaleigh Miller, Oceaia Boetjer, Riley Seahorn, Briana Baker (back) Assistant Coach Jim Barnes, Coach Larry Sibbitt and Assistant Coach Gerald Baker.
