Gilbert Chadd
Gilbert Wayne Chadd, 69, of Greencastle, passed away on Tuesday Sept. 30, 2008 at his residence.
Wayne was born on Dec. 9, 1938 in Clinton Falls to James Gilbert and Effie E. Buis Chadd.
He was a member of First Baptist Church, Greencastle Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1592 and Eagles Arie 4388.
His parents preceded him in death.
Surviving are his sisters, Eva Mae Chadd of Cunot and Margaret Ann Claxton of Greencastle; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct 4 at 11 a.m. at Bittles & Hurt Funeral Home, with Pastor Jimmy Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Clinton Falls Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday, Oct. 3 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home, with a Loyal Order of Moose walk-through at 7 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
