Child pornography lands man in jail

DANVILLE -- On Oct. 28, the Indiana State Police launched a criminal investigation after receiving information from the Hendricks County Department of Child Protective Services and Danville Police Department that Tim J. Caylor, 51, of Danville, had allegedly photographed and possessed photographs of three females under the age of 18 in the nude.

During the investigation, the Indiana State Police Cyber Crimes Unit, with assistance from the Brownsburg Police Department, found information on Caylor's computer media device that allegedly contained photographs of nude girls ages sixteen and thirteen.

Thursday afternoon, October 30, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Caylor was arrested at the Danville Police Department and transported to the Hendricks County Jail where he is currently being held on a $ 50,000 cash bond.

He is charged with three counts of Child Exploitation , Class C Felony; two counts of Voyeurism, Class D Felony; and nine counts of Possession of Child Pornography, Class C Felony.

A person convicted of a Class C Felony could serve up to eight years in prison and receive a maximum fine of $10,000. A Class D Felony conviction is a maximum three-year prison sentence and $10,000 fine.
