SPMS seventh graders split

MONTEZUMA -- The South Putnam boys' seventh grade A and B teams traveled to Parke County to take on Riverton Parke Monday night.

The seventh grade A team lost in a very close game 39-38.

The leading scorer for the A team was Sawyer Arnold with 20 points.

The B team lost 31-22.

Leading scorers for the B team were Evan Potts and Klayton Vittetow with eight points each.

The seventh grade A and B teams will take on Owen Valley Middle School today starting at 6 p.m.
