Girl Scout Cookies go on sale again

Sunday, January 4, 2009

It's once again time for Girl Scout cookies. Putnam County has approximately 350 Girl Scouts from the Daisy level through the Ambassador level who will be knocking on doors to sell cookies.

The eight varieties currently available are Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Samoas, Trefoils, Do Si Dos, sugar free chocolate chip, lemon chalet cremes (new shape) and the new cookies this year, Dulce de Leche.

Cookies can be purchased for $3.50 a box. Pre-sale orders will be taken through Jan. 27.

Anyone who doesn't know a Girl Scout and would like to order may contact Northern Putnam County Service Unit Manager Katrina Asher 765-522-1571.
