Leonidas Pitchford, Greencastle, was traveling east on SR 240 at 9:27 p.m. Tuesday when a deer entered the roadway. Pitchford's vehicle went into a ditch, which caused it to flip over. Seniour's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Putnam County Jail

Karen Wert, 50, Remington, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 3:37 p.m. Thursday for probation violation.

Tameal Hook, 28, Greencastle, was booked at 6:20 p.m. Thursday for resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and domestic battery.

Ashley Everman, 22, Indianapolis, was booked at 11:09 p.m. Thursday for trafficking with an inmate.

Harold Doane, 48, Greencastle, was booked at 3:32 a.m. Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, public intoxication, failure to stop after damage to property other than a vehicle and operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender.
