Putnam County Jail

John Martin, 28, Rockville, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 5:22 p.m. Friday for probation violation.

Courtney Wright, 25, Indianapolis, was booked at 5:57 p.m. Friday for failure to appear.

Garry Coffman, 60, Bainbridge, was booked at 8:44 p.m. Friday for failure to appear.

Devin Brown, 21, Indianapolis, was booked at 3:04 a.m. Saturday for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Daniel Snow, 49, Greencastle, was booked at 10:30 a.m. Saturday for public intoxication.

Samuel Snow, 46, Greencastle, was booked at 1:24 p.m. Saturday for operating while intoxicated and operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator.

Sandra Buehler, 22, was booked at 9:22 p.m. Saturday for false informing or reporting.

Jimme Brock, 46, Poland, was booked at 12:07 a.m. Sunday for operating while intoxicated, operating per se and public intoxication.

Mark Rush, 31, Spencer, was booked at 1 a.m. Sunday for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Michael Duff, 20, Greencastle, was booked at 12:49 a.m. Monday for possession of marijuana.

Donald Dixie, 28, Greencastle, was booked at 10:05 p.m. Monday for battery.

Cory Reeves, 21, Greencastle, was booked at 5:02 a.m. Tuesday for public intoxication.

Putnam County Sheriff's Department

Lisa Hauser, Crawfordsville, was traveling on U.S. 231 at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday when a deer entered the roadway. She was unable to avoid hitting the animal. There was an estimated $1,001 to $2,500 in damages.

Carol Caudill, Cloverdale, was traveling south on U.S. 231 at 1 p.m. Sunday and while waiting to make a turn onto CR 1300S, the rear of her vehicle was hit. A vehicle driven by David Belcher, Gosport, was traveling south on U.S. 231 and Belcher did not realize Caudill's vehicle was stopped until it was too late. Steele's Wrecker Service towed Caudill's vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $5,001 to $10,000 in damages.

Greencastle Fire Department

Crews were dispatched to 504 E. Seminary St. at 12:36 a.m. Saturday but were disregarded in route. They were back in service at 12:40 a.m.

Crews were dispatched by a good intent call to northeast of Wal-Mart at 2:44 p.m. Saturday. A smoke investigation was completed and they were back in service at 3:26 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 17 N. Indiana St. at 4:10 p.m. Saturday for a medical assist. They were back in service at 4:37 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 54 Market St., Cloverdale at 9:15 p.m. Sunday to help cover Cloverdale Township Fire Station. They were disregarded in route and were back in service at 9:23 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 821 Indianapolis Road at 5:16 p.m. Monday when a vehicle struck a pedestrian in a parking lot. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries. Crews were back in service at 5:33 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 205 N. Indiana St., at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday for a medical assist. They were back in service at 2:25 p.m.
