Support for a young man's fight is appreciated

To the Editor:

We would like to thank everyone that came to the Bon Ton Diner on Saturday, April 25 to help raise funds for Stuart Owen.

We were very pleased with the success and know that comes from such a caring community. We have seen from the beginning of this venture that local residents are very compassionate, and we appreciate your help in making this such a success.

Please remember that we still have $10 raffle tickets for sale at the Bon Ton for a free week vacation in Panama City, Fla. in October. The drawing will take place this Saturday, May 2 at 8 p.m.

Histio awareness bracelets will be for sale as long as we can get them for $4 each, and part of those sales will also go to research of this disease.
