Duct tape champions

Anna Beth Urban, center, walked away with the duct tape crown from Putnam County Public Library's Duct Tape Competition Saturday. Urban's spotted horse modeled after her own horse won her best of show with a unanimous decision by the judges and votes from individuals who visited the PCPL booth at the street fair gave her audience choice. Along with Urban are two other contestants, Peter Urban and his boat and Ted Yahraus with his fish.
