Putnam County Jail

Joshua Cook, 21, Indianapolis, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 6:15 p.m. Friday for mischief.

Ashley Osborne, 28, Quincy, was booked at 2:14 a.m. Saturday for failure to appear.

Phillip Sosebee, 37, Greencastle, was booked at 1:55 a.m. Sunday for possession or use of legend drug or precursor and domestic battery.

Christopher Webb, 33, Poland, was booked at 7:23 p.m. Sunday for possession of a controlled substance and for a hold in Boone County.

Christopher Monnett, 31, Greencastle, was booked at 12:56 a.m. Tuesday for failure to appear.

Benjamin McAllister, 21, Indianapolis, was booked at 1:57 a.m. Tuesday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.

Bradley Moy, 37, Quincy, was booked at 5:22 a.m. Tuesday for operating a vehicle with a suspended license, public intoxication and failure to stop after an accident.

Cassandra Boyd, 24, Clayton, was booked at 7:57 a.m. Tuesday for failure to appear.

Russell Ash, 38, Greencastle, was booked at 10:16 a.m. Tuesday for contempt of court.

Dwayne Harris, 42, Indianapolis, was booked at 10:54 a.m. Tuesday for petition to revoke probation.

Greencastle Police Department

Michael A. Neiner, 27, Greencastle, was stopped on W. Washington Street at 9:58 p.m. Saturday and ticketed for expired license plates.

As Matthew Tyson, 22, Roachdale, was traveling east on Washington Street at 12:16 p.m. Monday, the driver's side wheel became loose and fell off the vehicle.

"The entire wheel, including rim and tire, were missing from the vehicle," stated the report.

There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Anita Cundiff, 36, Greencastle, was traveling west on Veteran's Memorial Highway at 10:45 a.m. Monday, when her vehicle struck the back of a stopped semi driven by 45-year-old John Mumma of Springville.

Cundiff stated she was talking on her cell phone and eating at the time of the crash. She later reported she did not recall seeing brake lights on the semi.

Mumma told investigating officer Albert Epple, he was stopped west on Veterans Highway for a truck making a left turn onto Cemetery Road, when Cundiff's vehicle collided with his.

Cundiff was ticketed for driving while suspended with prior.

There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Greencastle Fire Department

Crews were dispatched to 1601 Hospital Lane at 6:24 a.m. Monday for an alarm. They were back in service at 6:53 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to 415 Anderson St. at 1:10 p.m. Monday for a dumpster fire. They were back in service at 1:28 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to Harrison Hall, 7 E. Larabee St., at 3:45 p.m. Monday for an alarm. They were back in service at 3:51 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to IAC, 750 S. Fillmore Road, at 4:16 p.m. Monday for an alarm. They were back in service at 4:37 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 208 Olive St. at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday for an alarm. They were back in service at 12:36 a.m.
