Letter to the Editor

Is the president a traitor?

Wednesday, September 16, 2009

To the Editor:

I am 78 years old and I am really fearful for the first time since World War II.

We have a spendthrift president and Congress.

Two or three years ago we were debating the national debt in terms of a few billion dollars, and now we talk about the national debt in terms of 9-17 trillion!

This doesn't even seem to faze them.

We have a commander-in-chief who is willing to put the CIA, our troops and Americans in harm's way for political gain and who's wanting to punish those who have kept us safe -- and at the same time exposing many of our national secrets to the whole world.

Plus, all of our elected officials have pledged to uphold and protect the Constitution and from the way they are voting they obviously haven't ready it recently.

The way Obama apologizes to our enemies I wonder which side he is on.

George Washington said anyone who aids or abets the enemy is a traitor.

Think about it.
