Mary L. Mull

Mary L. Mull, 78, of Indianapolis, formerly of Cloverdale, died on Monday, Sept. 14, 2009 in Indianapolis.

She was born on Nov. 22, 1930 in Cloverdale and was the daughter of the late George Otho and Lora Dee Quinnette Cummings.

She was a retired clerical worker for American States Insurance Company, Indianapolis, and a member of the Women of the Moose #17, Indianapolis.

She is survived by her daughter Susan Weaver and companion Anthony of Lebanon; sisters Jeanne Owen and husband Richard of Greenwood and Peggy Herdrich of Indianapolis; grandchildren Sabrina and Kyle Weaver; and sister-in-law Esta Donner and husband Joe of Greenwood.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Doreen Henzman, Daphne B. Cummings and Anne Downes; and brothers George Melvin Cummings Sr., Verl Cummings and Chester Doyle Cummings.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale with the Rev. Steve Williams officiating. Calling will be held Friday from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery.
