Elanor Joyce Siegmund

Elanor Joyce Siegmund, 82, of Cloverdale died Dec. 8, 2009 at the Summerfield Health Care Center in Cloverdale.

She was born Oct. 9, 1927 in Russellville and was the daughter of the late James Nicholas and Gladys Bernadine Williamson Woodall.

She married William Chester Siegmund, and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Dorrene C. Helms of Ft. Meade, Fla., Barbara M. D'Agostino of Miami, Fla. and William C. Siegmund Jr. of Miami; sisters Laverne Tincher and husband Clifford of Greencastle, Betty Kendall of Reelsville and Elsie Marie Cline of Texas; brothers, Roy Leon Woodall and wife June of Greencastle and Nelson Woodall and wife Sue of Greencastle; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Arthur "Buddy" Woodall.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Buck Creek Cemetery in Wanamaker, with private visitation at the Whitaker Funeral Home in Cloverdale.
