Members of the Fraternal Order of Police recently delivered Christmas Gifts to 21 children throughout Putnam County. Pictured from left are Darcy Hendershot, Nick Eastham, Heath Kerns, Darrel Bunten, Ed Wilson, Excise Officer Jerrod Baugh and Santa. Each year FOP members collect donations and buy toys and clothes for needy children. Santa Claus and FOP members deliver the gifts to the children just before Christmas day. This is the 10th year the FOP has put together the FOP Santa Toy Drop, and each year the number of children helped grows larger. The FOP would like to thank those that donated new toys and monetary donations this year. For more information on donating to the program, contact Assistant Chief Brian Hopkins at 848-1539.
