Several prescriptions were taken from a Reelsville man's mailbox. On Thursday, Morris Brooks reported to Lt. Danny Wallace, with the Putnam County Sheriff's Department, prescription medications mailed to him by a local pharmacy were missing from his mailbox.

Putnam County Jail

Max A. Mattson, 19, Greencastle, was booked at 11:54 p.m. Friday for domestic battery and criminal confinement.

David R. Mellinger, 58, Coatesville, was booked at 12:34 a.m. Saturday for public intoxication, operating per se and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Robert Sedlack, 42, South Bend, was booked at 3:10 a.m. Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Maegan D. Vaughn, 28, Greencastle, was booked at 4:34 a.m. Saturday for public intoxication and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

David H. Brownfield, 27, Cloverdale, was booked at 2:25 p.m. Saturday for leaving the scene of an accident, false reporting or informing and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Scott A. Hughes, 38, Greencastle, was booked at 2:45 p.m. Saturday for theft.

Patrick A. Payton, 36, Roachdale, was booked at 1:48 p.m. Sunday for domestic battery.

Marcia A. Onan, 56, Cloverdale, was booked at 5:51 p.m. Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Terrence S. Hopson, 29, Carmel, was booked at 11:35 a.m. Monday for failure to appear.

Ashley B. Bullerdick, 26, Roachdale, was booked at 5:59 p.m. Monday for check deception.

Kenneth E. Price, 29, Indianapolis, was booked at 2:34 p.m. Tuesday for contempt of court.

Putnam County Sheriff's Department

Jennifer Waldrop of Greencastle was traveling west on SR 240 at 12:10 a.m. Monday, when she lost control of her vehicle due to a slick area on the roadway. Her vehicle struck a utility pole.

Seniour's Wrecker Service towed Waldrop's vehicle from the ditch. There was an estimated $1,001 to $2,500 in damages.

Aphisat Thongphay of Indianapolis was traveling on CR 100N near Fillmore at 7:10 a.m. Jan. 21, when he lost control of his vehicle due to ice on the road. His vehicle struck a fence.

Seniour's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $750 to $1,000 in damages.

Alan Wendore of Lafayette was traveling west on Interstate 70 at 12:57 a.m. Sunday, when he swerved to miss an object in the road causing him to lose control of the vehicle. It slid through the median and struck the guardrail on the east side of the road.

Cloverdale rescue and Operation Life responded to assist at the scene. Steele's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Cory Graham of Brownsburg was traveling on CR 100N near Fillmore at 7 a.m. Jan. 21, when he lost control of his vehicle due to ice on the road and struck a fence.

Seniour's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Greencastle Fire Department

Crews were dispatched to Phi Delta Theta, 446 E. Anderson St., at 3:58 a.m. Saturday for a fire alarm. They were disregarded before leaving the station and back in service at 4:04 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to Anderson Street Hall, 413 E. Anderson St., at 1:36 a.m. Sunday for a fire alarm. They were disregarded before leaving the station and back in service at 1:39 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to 807 S. College St. at 10:30 p.m. Monday for a fire alarm due to cooking. They were disregarded and back in service at 10:36 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to Ivy Trace, 815 Tacoma Drive, at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday for an odor of gas. Nothing was found and they were back in service at 12:39 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to US 231S at 11:21 a.m. Tuesday for an automobile accident. They were back in service at 11:30 a.m.
