Putnam County under Level 2 snow emergency

Putnam County planner Kim Hyten contacted the Banner Graphic Friday evening saying Putnam County is under a level 2 snow emergency.

A level two warning means conditions threaten public safety. Only essential traffic is recommended, such as to and from work and for emergency situations.
