Melvin "JR" Frazier

Melvin L. "JR" Frazier, 34, of Reelsville passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010.

He was born in Greencastle on July 31, 1974, the son of Melvin Sr. and Margaret Lou Cavaness Frazier. He was a 1994 graduate of Greencastle High School and had worked for Quemetco Inc., Indianapolis, and Feld's, Greencastle.

Surviving are his wife, Donna M. Simmons Frazier, whom he married on May 15, 2004; children Kayla Williams, Mason Frazier and Megan Frazier, all at home; mother and stepfather Margaret and Gregory Frost of Greencastle; sisters Melissa Frazier of Terre Haute and Bobbi Jo Frost of Greencastle; two nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Services were held Monday at Hayes Funeral Home, Coatesville, with the Rev. Rick Buehler officiating.

Burial was in Blakesburg Cemetery.
