Putnam County Jail

David L. Misamore, 34, Greencastle, was booked at 1:11 a.m. Saturday for false reporting or informing and possession of paraphernalia.

Bradley A. Dunigan, 45, Bainbridge, was booked at 11:59 p.m. Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Dale C. Howard, 31, Greencastle, was booked at 11:41 p.m. Sunday for domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Corey L. Duff, 32, Greencastle, was booked at 5:04 a.m. Monday for domestic battery.

Terry A. Thompson, 27, Indianapolis, was booked at 2:21 a.m. Tuesday for conspiracy.

Jessica C. Holder, 23, Indianapolis, was booked at 2:49 a.m. Tuesday for conspiracy.

Melissa J. Holder, 25, Indianapolis, was booked at 3:24 a.m. Tuesday for conspiracy.

Orie M. Cheatham, 28, Poland, was booked at 9:22 a.m. Tuesday for failure to appear.

Putnam County Sheriff's Department

Alfonso Fierro, Parker, Ariz., was traveling west on Interstate 70 at 12:55 a.m. Saturday, when he attempted to re-enter the driving lane and drove into a ditch, causing the semi-tractor trailer to roll on its side.

No injuries were reported. Curtis Wrecker Service was on the scene. There was an estimated $25,000 to $50,000 in damages.

John E. Skinner of Sheridan was traveling west on US 36 near Morton at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported and there was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Heather M. Kinsler of Cloverdale was traveling east on SR 42 at 5:17 p.m. Friday, when she attempted to cross US 231 and was struck by a vehicle driven by Gregory D. Beavers of Bloomington, which was traveling south on 231.

Steele's Wrecker Service towed Kinsler's vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $1,001 to $2,500 in damages.

Greencastle Fire Department

Crews were dispatched to 225 S. Bloomington St. for an alarm at 8:15 p.m. Saturday, but were disregarded. They were back in service at 8:17 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 505 S. Jackson St. for an alarm at 5:05 a.m. Sunday and nothing was found. They were back in service at 5:15 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to Walmart, 1750 Indianapolis Road, at 1:04 p.m. Sunday for a medical assist with Operation Life. They were back in service at 1:46 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to Melrose Avenue at 10:14 p.m. Sunday for a motor vehicle accident. They were back in service at 11:02 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 208 E. Olive St. at 1:16 a.m. Tuesday for an alarm. They were back in service at 1:26 a.m.

Crews were dispatched to 514 Moore Ct. at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday and were back in service at 1:55 p.m.

Greencastle Police Department

The following tickets were issued by GPD:

Robert B. Adamson, 32, Greencastle, was stopped on Berry and Indiana streets at 2:05 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Scot Olsen, 43, Greencastle, was stopped on Percy Julian Drive and Avenue D at 2:30 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Robert H. Hagan, 29, Greencastle, was stopped at Shadowlawn Drive and Fawn View Way at 3:20 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Jerry Lewis, 64, Greencastle, was stopped at Shadowlawn Drive and Fawn View Way at 3:30 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

David T. Cash, 37, Fillmore, was stopped at Shadowlawn Drive and College Avenue at 3:40 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Cayce Gibbs, 24, Indianapolis, was stopped at Shadowlawn Drive and Redbud Street at 3:50 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Derek Rossok, 35, Greencastle, was stopped at Veteran's Memorial Highway and Putnamville Street at 4:10 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Michelle Pettit, 35, Greencastle, was stopped on Indianapolis Road and SR 240 at 6:50 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

John P. Glaze Jr., 39, Greencastle, was stopped at Indianapolis Road and SR 240 at 6:50 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

James Mangus, 19, Bainbridge, was stopped at Jackson and Walnut streets at 7:05 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Kasey J. McLaughlir, 19, Roachdale, was stopped on Jackson and Walnut streets at 7:45 p.m. and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Jeffrey Burns, 47, Roachdale, was stopped at Jackson Street and Veteran's Memorial Highway at 7:45 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Collista L. Fowler, 42, Brazil, was stopped at Jackson Street and Veteran's Memorial Highway at 7:45 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Louis Kaulanaula Kamakaiwi, 67, Greencastle, was stopped at Jackson and Washington streets at 8:20 p.m. Friday and cited for front seatbelt violation.

Angela Smith, 43, Bainbridge, was stopped at Percy Julian Drive and Washington Street at 8:42 a.m. Friday and cited for disregarding a stop sign.

Jacob W. Capps, 17, Greencastle, was stopped on N. Indiana Street at 6:40 p.m. Saturday and cited for unsafe start.

Maegan Vaughn, 28, Noblesville, was stopped on S. Bloomington Street at 5:35 p.m. Saturday and cited for driving with a suspended license.

Krystal L. McFadden, 22, Greencastle, was stopped at Durham and Washington streets at 11:20 p.m. Saturday and cited for driving with a suspended license with prior.

Marcia Nelson of Greencastle was traveling west on Shadowlawn Drive at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, when her vehicle struck a parked vehicle registered to Stephen Sallee of Coatesville. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Raymond D. Haney of Greencastle was traveling east on Howard Street at 1:17 p.m. Saturday, when his vehicle struck two parked vehicles registered to David Kliger of Greencastle. Operation Life transported Haney to Putnam County Hospital for evaluation.

There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Bethany S. Wathen, 16, Greencastle was traveling on Melrose Avenue at 10:14 p.m. Sunday, when she lost control of her vehicle while entering a 75 to 80-degree right-hand curve at an excessive speed before crashing head-on into a deep culvert.

The force of the collision caused the driver and passenger side air bags of Wathen's 2001 Ford Focus to be activated. Wathen complained of pain in her knee, lower leg and foot. She was also issued a citation for speed greater than reasonable under conditions.

Jerry's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.
